Precautions:
Steps to limit the spread of the swine-flu virus:
  • Cover your nose and mouth with kerchief when coughing or sneezing.
  •  Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
  •  Dispose of dirty tissues prompty and carefully.
  •  Wash hands frequently to reduce the spread of the virus.
  •  Clean hard surfaces frequently using a normal cleaning product.
  •  You cannot get swine flu by eating port meat.
